הצג התלת-כיווני הגדול ביותר של Quested, וכמו ה-Q212 מיועד להרכבה על גג בחדרי בקרה גדולים. ה-Quested Q412 משתמש באותם דרייברי בס 305 מ”מ (12 אינץ’ רדיאלי בס שלדה כמו ה-Q212, אך יש לו השלמה של ארבע יחידות. דרייברים אלו מציעים קירור משופר, מה שגורם לדחיסת הספק נמוכה יותר מוגברת תפוקה ואמינות משופרת בהשוואה לדרייבר בס רגיל. העיצובים האמצעיים והטוויטר הם שניהם יחידות כיפה רכה בגודל של 75 מ”מ (3 אינץ’) ו-34 מ”מ בהתאמה. כמו ב-Q212, מערכת ה-Q412 מסופקת עם צלבים אנלוגיים של Quested, עם אפשרות ליחידה הדיגיטלית שלנו, ומגברים של Quested AP800 שיכולים לספק מעל 2000W RMS לכל ארון.
