המערכת הותאמה כדי לאפשר לאלמנט ה-Q212 לשבת על גבי הסאב-בס QSB118 ולהיות בגובה מושלם עבור רוב עמדות העבודה עם המרכז האקוסטי בגובה של כ-1.4 מ'. אלמנט ה-Q212 הוא צג תלת-כיווני המשתמש בדרייבר של שלדה רדיאלית כפולה של 12 אינץ'.

התפקיד העיקרי של השלדה הרדיאלית הוא להפחית את ההשפעות של דחיסה תרמית בסליל הקול בעת הפעלה ב-SPL גבוה. ה-Soft dome 3 אינץ' אמצע דרייבר מתחבר בצורה מושלמת לדרייבר HF soft dome ומספק תגובה חלקה, עוצמתית ומדויקת. ה-QSB118FS תוכנן לפעול כסאב וופר אמיתי עם הרחבה עד מתחת ל-20 הרץ ושוב משתמש בטכנולוגיית שלדה רדיאלית כדי להפחית את ההשפעות של דחיסה תרמית שהכונן עשוי לחוות כאשר הוא פועל בנפח פלט גבוה.
